Phonetic coding is not easy to learn. To aid the students in America's Phonics we have
provided a series of dictionaries so they have a ready reference at hand at all times.
Following is the first page of the Level 1 Dictionary. You see that it is very simple so new
students can get started with as few complications as possible.

The attempt in America's Phonics is to have the practice sentences be informational. We
used only words of focus in the current level or before.
