Level 4.1 Screen
This screen presents a definition of the word in phonetic codes. Pressing the "Phonetic" button will toggle between normal letters and phonetic codes. The words used in definitions are not confined to words used in the America's Phonics program as is true of sentences used for practice reading. However, as students progress through the levels of the program, they should be able to read most, if not all, of the words in the definitions.
